The estimated MMR average difference is less than 100. That's completely normal. If you expect to rise in MMR, you have to beat higher MMR opponents. Beating lower rated opponents doesn't make you eligible for a higher MMR, or people would queue with low MMR accounts just to boost themselves.

The top lane matchup doesn't really show an overbearing advantage for your opponent. Enemy top has more games with his champion, a higher win rate, and a higher KDA. Granted, the number of ranked games on the enemy account means he's probably a higher skill smurf, but that's not a guarantee.

Jungle matchups aren't terribly uneven. Sure, Gold III is generally better than Silver II, but that doesn't mean anything. I'm unranked and have outplayed Platinum players while losing hard to Bronze players.

The game still hasn't ended at the time I'm posting this. It's still live for spectating, and it hasn't shown up in your Match History yet. You posted this over 20 minutes ago. Sounds like you gave up prematurely.
