Don't consume WotD in a DC game

Currently, if you end up disconnected from a game while your win of the day timer is up and it's a victory, it'll count as you getting the first win of the day, but you'll get no IP from the match. Would be nice if it didn't consume your win of the day and the 150 IP from it in a game where you gain no IP.
