[TOOLTIP/UI] Elise missing Spiderling count

If I recall correctly, Elise had a buff on the buff bar showing how many Spiderlings she currently has. Playing a game this morning, I noticed this was missing and the information was not displayed anywhere on her UI at all, not on passive or buff bar or anything. This information is important for Elise to keep track of and must be fixed.
