When the queue time problem is fixed.
server issues like this are no simple matter. My peer and I have had problems last an upwards of a 1-2 days. however we didn't have the massive network they do. And our up percentage was 99.7%.
Be patient and encourage them... Nothing is more frustrating than a problem you are overlooking or cannot find.
