I love her voice. She sounds like the warrior she is, and rightly so. Her Aether Wing skin makes some awesome quotes to. Especially her awesome taunt.
"As long as I have my wings, you will always stand in my shadow."
"Tactical Decision, Summoner!"

Plus her double rainbow joke. Hands down, the voice is perfect and fits her.

For me, it has to be Erin Fitzgerald who voices both , my favorite champion that I joined LoL just to play, as well as 
, who's new Fnatic skin will also be an insta-buy for me. (Typical Miku fan)
By sheer coincidence, I realized much later on she also just so happens to voice Noire http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120911214035/hyperdimensionneptunia/images/e/e4/Neptunia_V_Noire.jpg, my favorite goddess in Neptunia.
My second favorite is Cristina Valenzuela who voices
