Players who have been suspended at any point during an entire year of play dont get ranked rewards.

Im one of those players and its ridiculous. Time and effort is put into ranked for almost the sole purpose (for me atleast, theres no other real reason to even play ranked) of achieving a border and getting the victorious skin.

I was suspended one time like a month ago because I had a really bad day and was sick of getting harassed in NORMALS (not ranked, the thing this is affecting), and i snapped on a few people. Nothing racist, sexist or homophobic was ever said, but everyone on this server is more worried about typing all game than they are about winning or losing. I do /mute all almost every game, but these few games on this day I didnt for whatever reason and people just generally pissed me off. I know its not okay to fight with someone, but its not like I really said anything that bad, I barely even swore for that matter, now the time I've put into ranked is absolutely wasted because one bad day essentially ruins my whole season now because some 14 year olds didnt get their way and reported me, while Im almost certain they received no repercussions. This server is adorable....wish it were like KR where you actually had to be of a certain age to play it and it was a harder game where everyone only cared about the game and not chat.

So yeah, if you've been suspended at any point this season, you won't be getting your borders or skin or ward. GG Riot.
