make e damage high as fuck but also made the delay high as fuck so it is inpossible to hit
They decided to perform a half major update on him while doing nothing in particular to make him enjoyable or smooth to play. In test server the community went "Pls don't." just like Xin, except instead of OP it was chunkyclunky.
