Client Issue Where League Runs In The Background But Can't Be Seen

Same issue on both of my gaming laptops, one is Windows 10 and the other is Windows 7. The Windows 10 was running league quite fine all until this morning and I haven't even changed anything since then so I am at loss.

Things I have tried

Restarting
Compatibility Mode
Administrator
Safe Mode
Reinstalling League completely
Hard drive Formatting
Starting League Through Command Prompt
Ending all tasks and opening League again
Taking an axe and cutting my laptop in half (Didn't work sadly)
