Rito filter the word "put 3 " from game chat Same as Crossfire always did What is this ? xD

So i consulted my copy of witchcraft and curses and could not find that listed at all, you might have to check out Riots official book of champion curses and nerfs to find it let alone list what it does.
alternatively you fat thumbed and hit O instead of U
