I don't really think it means anything. I have seen that message twice and still get the 20 minute penalty on numerous occasions

im still waiting on a message for a bard that claimed to have had 30 accounts banned over 2 years. either i have the worlds worst luck or this mm is utter garbage. ive had 26 trilted as fuck games in a row and there is literally nothing i can do to better it i could use a guy like you atm for a few games on my team not that mm will do it.
