I don't really think it means anything. I have seen that message twice and still get the 20 minute penalty on numerous occasions

Agreed, it's basically just a "feel good message".....doesn't lower the 20 mins penalty at all.

im still waiting on a message for a bard that claimed to have had 30 accounts banned over 2 years. either i have the worlds worst luck or this mm is utter garbage. ive had 26 trilted as fuck games in a row and there is literally nothing i can do to better it i could use a guy like you atm for a few games on my team not that mm will do it.

If you didn't get a message already, you never will. Only the last account to report them before remediation gets the notification, and sometimes not even then.

so the likely hood that more then those 6 outta 22 games got some sort of punishment is high lol. so in all likely hood im not toxic i jsut got tilted as fuck due to all the bullshit over a period of time that was too long brilliant can we removed afking from the banable offenses then

Afking isn't a bannable offense, all afking will result in is a leaver buster.

so if i afk farm and refuse to join the toxic assholes in there retard plays 3v5s fights i know we wont win ect i cant be banned? when i say afk i dont mean afk in fountain im talking about copeing with bad teams that are most likely a loss due to toxicity from others

Ummm no, that'd be refusal to communicate with team, which isn't even reportable anymore, doing that is considered fine.
