Tradional sejuani?

How do you get the tradional sejuani skin? Just through boxes? Or does riot release it during a sale? I love sejuani a lot and its the only skin i want for her. It looks the best and doesnt feel gimiky. I own the russian style one, but it just doesnt feel right. I would easly trade the russian one in for tradional if i could.
