Wierd creature outside bottom lane

Have any of you seen the creature flying around outside bottom lane? it only recently became visible on PTR with Kayn's ability to walk through walls and outside the rift. If you go outside the rift in bottom lane far enough youll see a strange creature flying around. Cant find any information about it!
