Skin Spotlights Camera HELP me

I need some help with the Spotlight camera. When I use the keyframes, most of them don't load up properly. I will move a little bit and add a keyframe, then capture. Some (if not most) of the keyframes go CRAZY and make my screen fly around in circles. then when it goes to one thats not crazy, it goes back to normal. (following the course I put it on) That is until one of the keyframes goes crazy again and circles harder and faster than the circle jerk I was in last week. Please help with any information that might be able to help me. Thank you!

(TL;DR) Keyframes goes crazy spinning when I activate them. I don't make any crazy distances or anything.
