SGU skin bugged

After ever transformation QWER, the phoenix yells out. I believe it starts after lvl 5 or 6. it's just phoenix phoenix phoenix no matter what stance you go in. It gets pretty annoying after a while. And also, the red smite doesnt give you an assist when you smite someone and someoneelse gets the kill. I mean, You just gave someone true damage on the enemy champion, and damage reduction being returned. I think that deserves an assist, no?
