Making advertising RP generator sights a bannable offence.

These sites never work but their spammed constantly and their is a new site everyday. Usually the average player is curious and thinking "What could really happen? If I dont get anything from it then their is no loss and everything is fine". The results though is the player going through a series of tasks. Giving a phone number, email, address, etc. and asking for other personal info along with a chance of a virus and running them through a series of advertisements and scams. Eventually the players will find themselves at a point of no cross where it will ask you to pay for something. They wont buy what is asked because they dont want to pay anything for something that was supposed to be free. In the end they have put their information out there for advertisers to put in a advertisement check list. Meaning trash mail, random calls about buying products, etc. Of course this is all the player's fault but this should not be allowed by riot to continue.
