Remember Rewards for positive play?

Why did rito forget positive players? I mean yes, ofc we have hextech which we get free stuff and all, but I wouldn't mind a premium hextexh chest just like last year? :3 (If I missed anything pls gimme the link to read the riot's post >.<)
