It's here. And boy is it creepy!

The new champion is teased officially. They wear a mask, they are creepy AF, they use a gun, they seem to be linked to music. They also seem to be helping the people they shoot in some way/shape/form hence the quote "I will make you beautiful. I will make you perfect."
