I want to make Gameplay video like other YouTubers!!!

In my video i want to record my lol gameplay with sound and i also want to record my self talking AT THE SAME TIME. can anyone tell and a fine program that is free? It will be lovely if you can explain how to do it too <3.

btw my comp is mac not windows.

Test out the recording software included in Overwolf, it's free and iirc it will also pick up your voice, however you'll want to test it out first.
