Can someone please tell me when is riot releasing harrowing skins 2016? Specific date will be great :) When they release it are they releasing all the previous harrowing skins together? I need Raven-Born LeBlanc so badly. I need that skin since I'm her HUSBAND.. If you are on NA and the info u gave was correct I will gift you mystery skin when harrowing skins become available.
