You better have a good excuse Riot....

I want to know why i owned all the champs before this patch, and now I log in to play a game or two, and your system spits back that I don't own any champs at all. Still have my runes, my wards, and my level along with my rune pages, but I don't own a damn champ. Your system has fucked something up somewhere and it needs fixing. Because I sure as hell own more than 16 champs (being prevented from doing Draft mode in Ranked or normal) and I sure as hell owned all champions, or else I wouldn't be wasting IP on trying to own all Tier 3 runes. I want a damn good explanation for this
