Since you did not answer mine or many others listings in the Help & Support I'm going to post here next. I want an answer Riot. Because this is happening even in my series and it's basically your fault. Here's what I listed in what you ignored:

I need to understand why I have not used this computer for anything but League for the past week and yet after I update to the 5.5 patch, my computer runs with ping spikes ranging from 300-1.1k with an average at 500-600. I have not downloaded or updated anything else but your patch. My computer ran about 80 ping before...sometimes 100. but it was low and functional. Now I just played a bot game with ping around 500-600 and died 3 times because i couldn't see that my character had run under the enemy turret, despite me clicking him to my turret, until I was already dead.

I want to know why your patch did this to my computer, and, if you do not think it was your patch, what on Earth it possibly is because like I said; this game is the only thing this computer has been used for for the past week and ran just fine before the patch.

Additional information.... I took a speed test that I see a bunch of people do and my results are at the website posted below. Need an explanation @Riot

Next Day: OK Riot, you are pissing me off. i've cleaned my computer, optimized disks, cleaned junk files, taking speed tests, everything is perfect on my end. This lag problem is completely on your servers. It's weird how you and many others want to blame our computers and internet yet I can play other games perfectly fine but yours....yours is problems galore. So I want answers or I want you to fix this. This is B.S. ( I say BS because apparently you take our forum away when we cuss when I've asked questions before. So Like I was saying, figure out the problem now.

I've uninstalled all the way, deleted files, reinstalled and this crap is still going on. And for whoever downvoted me, you are an idiot. Because honestly, I'm not the only one with this problem who has posted about it and not received feedback. Don't be mad at me for trying to hold Riot accountable for their game.

Try disabling your firewall, and turn off steam if using it.

Some firewall have problems with packets, also check router settings if using a non modem with a router.

Have had no issues since 5.5

Also turn off curse voice overlay known to cause issues sometimes.

Have you tried reinstalling League of Legends? And I don't just mean uninstalling, I mean deleting the entire folder.

To be thorough you could backup your personal files onto an external harddrive and format your operating system. Afterwards install only the necessary drivers (keyboard, mouse, internet, speakers) and League of Legends. If you're still having problems then there is definitely something wrong.

That was a year ago, so expect that number to be even higher.

Tens of millions of people log into this game, and you're upset because they didn't get back to you in a couple days?

That sucks bro. But don't you think if it was server side that everyone or at least a massive and overwhelming majority would be experiencing it?
