Can we PLEASE get a way to deal with afks/champ select trolls...

This is just a really frustrating issue at the moment... If you get an afk in game you pretty much can't win and if it's ranked its just lost lp for no reason. Also, champion select trolls can do whatever they want pretty much and get away with it unless someone pretty much takes a loss and courageously reports them after. It's really frustrating that you can't report in champ select/lose lp and time for avoiding guaranteed losses/awful games...

I know these threads pop up all the time but seriously... This is an issue that just has flat out not been addressed since the game has come out. I know riot likes to move slow but it feels like it's time...
