We have to group up again?

Why do we have to group up to get the ip weekend bonus? I mean we just spent a week grinding 5v5s in norms to earn the bonus, and now we have to grind more. A bonus is nice and all but I'm really getting sick of norms.

....or maybe I just have no friends ;-; sighs add me if you want to grind :D
