Fiora does not block turret shots. Either the tooltip needs to be fixed to clarify like 
windwall tooltip does, or it simply needs to block turret shots. Honestly it doesn't seem too op for Fiora to block one turret shot, 
can do and people aren't crying about it.

Yes, but Riposte is its own dedicated ability. And besides, Pantheon doesn't even have to read you to stun, he just points and clicks.
