People banning my preferred champ in champ select

The last three games in a row I have queued up for a normal game with the intention of playing Jinx, whom I Just bought. Jinx is not on the op ban list and she wasn't just released, but in each of my games one of my teammates banned her. When asked why they banned my champ I was met with a response along the lines of cause It's funny, or screw you.

Can I report people for banning my pref? It seems really childish to a see a diamond and a plat player trolling in champ select because "its funny stupid lluullz xD"
