What midlaner should I buy?
I currently play Lux, Swain, Kat and Diana mid.
I was wondering whether I should buy Velkoz, Syndra, Lissandra, Brand, Ziggs or Malazhar?

Syndra and Lissandra both fit very well in the current meta and they are both a ton of fun to play.
Lissandra is my favorite of your options, with Malz next. Liss can run top and build a littler tankier, too. Why not Ahri?
Velkoz is a very fun, balanced power mage, certainly worth a try imo. (He can also supp if you land your skillshots right) Syndra is honestly one of my favorite mid laners that i don't get to play enough. Tons of power, fun skill-shot mechanics (especially ult->E for a team-wide stun) Liss is more of a top laner in the current meta, nice burst, great CC. Brand and malz i'll put together, since they're pretty similar. pretty off meta right now, both are a buff or 2 from being solid picks, but just aren't there yet. i wouldn't pick either of them without trying them in free to play first and making sure they're your style. Ziggs is fun when you're feeling like blowing people up. he's crazy to play if you use the W right, and his poke range is huge if you're accurate. Lichbane is awesome on him, and he takes towers like a mad-man with it.
Vel, Syndra, and Ziggs are you best bets for just a fun, strong mid-laner. My vote is Syndra, because of her active playstyle and exceptional ability to just delete someone from the enemy team, and still have some sustained power throughout a team fight.
From your style I'd say Syndra. People with CC type stuff and a lot of Damage
Just going by what you already like, Syndra/Liss for sure. If you want a change of pace, Velkoz is probably my favorite mage and feels very rewarding when you get used to playing him.
