She opens a door for a lot more bot lane diversity but most of the champs are good when they build support items so I cant see pros doing it as much.

Ok so what if lee jungle builds the sighstone, top could probly get a locket or someother suppy item. Now the gold problem though, tf mid could help with hold gen and his catch/engage potential can make up for the missing cc and lee sin could easily back him up as well as anyone kalista ults. It could contribut to making kalista yas bot mor viable for competetive. What do you guys think, any ideas?

I don't think she's going to have an impact on that much honestly. Some champs who already can support will become more popular, but aside from that...

Alistar and Taric , they lack gap closers and they would have a synergy with her ult.

Fiddle support new meta, also possibly Kennen, both their ults become invisible but still deal all the dmg and effects while during it.

Ehh I feel like there are better ones, I main support but I've never liked playing leona much. I honestly have no idea why I dont play her or want to buy he, I know shes great and all. I guess im kinda biassed then...

Galio is just so bad at everything else though. No offense galio mains, infact compliment intended. If you can make galio usefull in any game other than urf then congrats your better than me.

I like urgot sup woth kalista, he has low mobility as his only real disadvantage. If he gets a triforce, and he can get ontop of an adc, he will wreck. Constant sheen procs, constand q damage, armor shred from his e and hes got good defensive stats even with just a phage, but add im the 15% damage reduction from his passive, the extra hp of his sheild and then exhaust to drop on the ADC, omg he does insane mid game damage for how tanky he is. All that he really needed was a way to get in range for the sheen procs to make him op, now that kalista is in the game, one of my favorite supports is about to get nerfed.... or maybe kalista will instead but I was just trying to make a point.

Also both kalista and urgot are good at extended trades. Even if you need a passive lane because you cant all in, urgot has great zone potential. He also only needs 3 main items so he can get a sightstone and something else supporty. Yes his cc is only a weak slow and a long cooldown very situational suppression, but he still has great teamfight utility from his damage reduction passive. Its almost like an exhaust for anyone he attacks, minus the slow. Honestly, he is really underrated.

Actually everything else is quite good on Galio,

His Q is on paar with other skillshot slows. His E could use a small buff though.

But there is nothing more awesome than running head first into enemy poke/tower dive/team fight and comming out with MORE health. Heck he even counters 420 Warwick (and still comes out healed).

His only Problem is that he is an all in initiation Tank, that lacks the actualn IN part of the all in. Kalista solves exactly that.

Thresh No question about it.

Yes the throw works well with a Tank, but there is another part of the soulbound that most people seem to miss: the %health poke. To use that effectively the support needs a ranged attack, thus Thresh.

I'm not entirely sure how the lantern during Kalista throw, but you could potentially end up throwing two people.

Soraka is actually not bad either. She can easily land her Root and usually builds either the mobility to get back out or the defense to stay in for a moment.
