Question about ranked placement with individual performance.

I have played this game for about a year and a half to 2 years now but this is the first time I am trying for ranked.

I have 1 win and 3 losses so far but 2 of those loses were complete bullshit.

The second loss we had a support blitzcrank that decided to hook the thresh support on the other team instead of going for the tristana like he should have been doing. I asked politely multiple times to stop going after the thresh since the damage dealer was the main concern. He then tried to blame me for both of us dying because I was constantly getting hit by hooks even though HE wasnt trying to help me farm at all. He would peel away right as the thresh came up to him and right as he did that, the thresh would hook me since i didnt have much time to react. I told him he couldnt blame me since he was the one not going for their dmg dealer and im NOT going to attack the support when the tristana is taking my health away from me. Even the Morde on my team and their support was wondering how the blitz could be that bad. They asked him how he wasnt landing a single hook and even when he did, how he managed to always land it on a tank.

The last loss I had was almost a win but then our top laner and support pretty much threw. We literally had the enemy base tower and inhib down but then our malphite and alistar went full r%%%%% and started going after the trundle and fiora instead of the Ez and Diana. So while they went after the tanks, I got blown up by their completely untouched backline.

So with this being said, does individual performance play a bigger role in ranked placement for solo or am i screwed if I keep getting people who either dont know how to play their role or go full r%%%%% and make us lose in the end. Because I really think it is unfair that I am trying to place and im getting these losses even though I played my role the way I should be.

And on that same note, my friend has run into the same problem where he has 4 losses all because of afkers and trolls. So he is pretty much thinking he will end up in lower bronze because of things outside of his control even though he played as he should have. And this is the main reason I ask about the individual performances for placing in solo.
