I dont know how most would view this but what about an arcade skin for Kog'Maw where Kog'Maw spews rainbows from his mouth for his abilities?

I would love to see a rainbow spew out when he throws out his void ooz so it looks like you are running on a rainbow.

Nyan Cat Kog or Star Guardian Kog would both be good candidates for rainbow vomit.
