End of season rewards

Out of curiousity,

If i had been banned for 2 weeks towards the start of the season, will i still receive a boarder or skin after climbing from silver to plat?

I think that it's a little ridiculous to punish hard work due to a few mistakes i made in the past. Im not perfect, but im also not the most toxic person ever. Everyone has those days. I have improved since then and steadily am working on my in game attitude. It just sucks knowing i spent so much time climbing to plat and i dont even get a boarder to show for it.

I know most people will just say oh you were toxic you deserve it. And to them i say, yes, i did deserve a 2 week ban. I accepted it. I did my time. Why punish me further. What more incentive would i have to play ranked and climb at this point. Im only human, and i expect riot to treat me like someone who can make mistakes and isnt a perfect angel all the time. Lata
