I have one problem and only one problem with CertainlyT.
That's a really terrible name. It's like he couldn't cut it as a rapper so he decided to become a game designer.

It stands for Certainly True Damage. I couldn't make that up if I tried.
My problem with his is that he doesn't know when to stop in a design. Kalista, Yasuo, and Thresh could have been awesome champions if he was just told "No, Kalista doesn't need a W passive + W vision. Give her something like a simple like an AS steroid or, hell, give her the passive alone, and be done with it. And no, she doesn't need resets on every minion killed with Rend."
