Think about it. He now has voices in his head that tell him who to hunt down and kill because they are a "villain". So now he waits in bushes with a big sword to murder people. That is not a champion of justice. That is a psychotic serial killer. Garen is now Jason Voorhees.

In all seriousness, you should read Lux's Journal of Justice. It pretty much says that the Demacian Military takes children away from their parents and turns them into brainwashed supersoldiers... I wonder if there is any Demacian who is not fucked up ?
