Pulsefire Caitlyn splash - face???

I feel like the new splash art for PF Caitlyn doesn't look anything like her. In her classic splash, and other splasharts and in game model, she clearly has a more heart shaped face with a slightly button like nose, but in this one they've completely done away with her underlying facial structure to give her a generic same-face look where she's sucking in her cheeks and has surgically enhanced cheekbones (and a nose job) :s

It's a shame because I quite like the skin, and the splash art otherwise is really good; the background is very evocative of the fantasy of the skin, and the details of the gun and armour are well preserved. Unfortunately it's just really disconcerting due to the fact the face doesn't look anything like her; it's like a different champ entirely (maybe Sivir or Vayne? They have more angular features)

Does anyone else think so?

I agree, her face looks a bit too pale and her face structure is really thin and doesn't really match the skin too well. Good news is we're mostly buying the skin for the in-game aspects of it and not the splash art.

yea, like I was originally not going to buy the skin just because I thought the splash was kind of crap looking...it wasn't until I actually looked at the in game model and stuff that I realised the splash looks almost nothing like it? Other than the weird face, the model is much more "slightly higher tech firefly" feel compared to the "soulless miranda from cereberus" look in the splash :o

I did get it in the end after I saw how nice it was in game though xD also it was quite generously priced; compared to the old pulsefire ezreal which had nearly the same scope of change as this skin, it's just a legendary and not ultimate so basically a bargain :D
