Player Builds No Longer Shown in Match History

For some reason I can not find a current bug report for this even though it has been going on for over a month now. The bug is the lack of player builds tab on the Match History website. After the new Rune & Mastery system was added the rune section of Player's Builds was showing incorrect information for the runes (in other words: it wasn't updated). Instead of fixing this issue, during the December 6th patch (7.24) the tab was removed from the page. Games before this patch still have the tab, but after that patch the tab is missing for those games. One of the key parts of that website is the ability to see player's builds (in both items and skills). This section of player's builds was still working correctly, but was completely removed when a section farther down was not working correctly. Can this please be added back in both going forward and games that currently do not have it.
