Rune pages

Its been 5 years and rune pages are still expensive(6300 ip) so my question is will they ever be 4800?Riot should do something about runes/rune pages.It takes a lot of time to get them and they are necessary.Imagine if you had to start from 0 ...This game isnt fun for beginers. My suggestion is to lower prices for rune pages/runes.

Until then you can keep an eye out for the 2-for-1 rune page sales they might have.

At least make the 2 for 1 special permanent, that would make things a bit easier.
