How to make team builder interesting.This graphicon will show your skill on each role(ranked/team builder). Make it look like Project Skins(metalic with some effects with raddar in center shining with Red color(mid),blue color(top) or Red(assasin),blue (mage) depends on points.If there are 2+ positions with 5 PTS make it shine like Rainbow like new project skins.Also you can put this into loading screen so that we can be aware of enemy skill level or our team mates.Do not make it easy to achieve.Quality not quantity.

IF someone reaches 1000+ games with certain champion(example Riven) he gets that Challenger Riven as reward at the end of seasson.(gold + ofc)
