Team quit trying to win ranked because I dc'd

I got five 20 minute low priority queue bans, now my issue isn't with the punishment even though it's really a waste of my time, no not at all, even though it wasn't my fault whatsoever. I do think I should be punished but as I said that's not my issue

My internet provider has been having random issues lately but nothing to major and not too often, and it so happened that after I got back to lane while my team was winning my internet provider lost complete access to our area, all modem lights except the power turned off one by one. After I restarted my modem and restarted LoL that took around 4-6 minutes and the game was 17 minutes in by the time I reconnect my team ahd given up and enemy was as the nexus. Now this really annoyed me because too often people give up too easily especially when they think the person quit for an arbitrary reason. My team didn't even try to wait it out they just stayed in base and let enemy push because I dc'd. This really pissed me off because we were winning and usually someone dcing means they will reconnect soon. Please just remember to wait it out if this happens to you.
