Matchmaking flaw

I've been doing some little research and i've noticed that the matchmaking system tends to match players with similar win ratio.

What does it means? It means that if you're on a winning streak, you'll most likely be matched with guys on a winning streak and vice versa.

It doesnt happens all games, so its not the ONLY thing that matchmaking does.

But it happens a lot and i think is one of the reasons ranked games seems empty for some players.

Ranked oscilates from winning streak to losing streak. Its so evident and obvious that it sucks.

I believe Riot should make or A- Matchmaking more random: Straight up 5 players from similar division against another 5 players from similar division.

B- A more complicated and fair Matchmaking: Comparing recent winrates, winrates with the champ, amount of ranked matches played, etc.

I've been complaining with matchmaking for a long time now and at this point its the only thing i can care about in the game, since getting better seems so irrelevant and pointless. That doesnt mean i dont care about improving, it just means that is really frustrating to try to get better with this system.
