Hey everyone!

So I made this skin concept for a champ and I want to get "more professional" on it since it got tons of upvotes, so no more using MyPaint! XD Is their a application out there for WINDOWS that is FREE and would be useful for making skin art? Anyone? I would really appreciate it! And if any of you Riot Employees out there have a application like this please contact me! :)
