Why Riot even allow feeders and afks players to remain in this game.

Feeders and trolls should not exist in this game. But somehow they exist in lower level but not higher ones. They exist so those at top can stay on top. Riot does not care about going this game or giving anyone learning the game fair shake. The only way people make it in this game is though help from friends or "other means".
