1 Day Boosts Not Worth It

I bought a 1 day XP boost 2 nights ago and have only been able to play 3 matches. I thought, like a lot of other games, that the timer would only count the time played. But boy was I wrong. Turns out that the timer counts the literal clock and that means if you buy a time based boost, you are literally wasting your money.

That is a very poor way of doing this because that would mean you would have to either wait for a day off (and if you work in retail or on call, you are screwed) to use this OR you would be better off buying a multiple day boost to actually get more for your money.

I guess we are better off getting the win based boost so we know it wont screw us over.

That's not true, you're stating that like you only have time for 3 matches a day. If you can only play 3 matches in a 24 hour period, you are better off buying a per-win boost. However, if I buy a 24 hour IP boost I'm going to make sure it's fuckin saturday so I can play all night and get my money's worth. That's why they have 2 types of boost, the per-win for people who play sparingly, and the time based for people who play constantly. You bought the wrong one for you, but the right one for someone like me.

a day of in game time is a really long time, unless you are korean that is. just be smart and use it before you have a long gaming session. or figure out that they are pretty useless to buy anyways unless you buy both the day and per win one

had you read the description you'd have known that it is on a clock. those boosts are absolutely worth it if you know that you are playing the whole day! and did you know you can get a timeboost AND a per win boost and get double xp?
