What's the standard Terms of Use policy on shared accounts?

So, I saw a few threads recently on MMR boosting. From what I gleaned, I guess it's having someone carry your account through a few ranks for you. Obviously not cool. But based on the content of the thread, it also sounded like accounts are generally flagged if they're identified as being used by more than one person ever.

Why do I bring this up? As stated in another unrelated thread, I "needed" two accounts named "Donkey" and "Kong" (plus tags) devoted to Soraka and Wukong exclusively. I hope it's obvious why... but this was mainly for duoing with a friend in 3s, teambuilder, whatever. Which means I wouldn't be the only one using the accounts. At the same time, I didn't really care who picked which account in a given duo session.

I take it this might be a problem?

"C. Login Credentials. In creating an Account, you will be required to select a unique username and password (collectively, “Login Credentials”), which you will use each time you access the Game.** You may not share your Account with anyone** other than as expressly set forth herein, and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials and for any and all activities (including purchases and charges, as applicable) that are conducted through your Account"

^ Quoted from the TOU. Basically, when you create an account it's yours and no one else's. I expect that Riot could pretty easily flag you for account sharing, so I'd say it's more in "yes it's a problem, so fix it" territory.

Thanks for posting this!

As stated above, sharing accounts (or selling/trading) is against the terms of use.

just take one account permanently and your friend gets the other problem solved
