Will I get Poppy skins from snowdown shop?

I have mastery 5 as Poppy, and I do't want any poppy skins in snowdown shop because they replaced her with a champion named Poopy, the keeper of the hammer. Even though I haven't played a single game of poopy on my na account, will I get poppy skins there because I have mastery 5 playing poppy, the iron ambassador?
