After the whole "Diana Vs. Leona" thing, I think riot is hinting that the Victorious skin this year will be Victorious Diana. I mean, they use terms like Diana, the victor, etc.

They reserve the Victorious skins normally for champions that's had a high impact that season. Like Janna and Jarvan in their respective seasons.
