new lock in system

the new lock in system is highly annoying when people have most of the champs and are panic picking. it's aggravating when people don't lock in because you have to start the whole damn lobby again. it's like they have the champ they want their are second guessing their first pick and look for another and than forget the stupid lock in or some crap and now it's back to the start.

i accidentally forgot to lock in once and the penalty for forgetting to lock in gave me and a friend a 6 minute wait time. the penalty for this is way too harsh when it's mostly caused by accidents.

i literally just got 8 dodges in a row from someone on the enemy team not locking in it's so annoying. and it really serves no purpose because half the time unless you know who your gonna pick by the time you find your choice the timer has already gotten down to like 5 or 3 seconds.
