Why Riot Should Get Rid of Ranked Duo Queue

So I just had two games back to back where the duo in our team was extremely toxic and verbally abusive. The thing about duos is that if you say anything to one of them, they'll both report you. For example, I had a Wukong who was duo'd with a Caitlyn. Wukong invaded at level 2, got caught, and gave first blood to my lane opponent. He then decided it would be a good idea to rage at me despite the fact that I pinged 5-6 times as soon as Zed left lane. The Wu proceeded to call me bad, a %%%%%%, etc, the whole nine yards. He refused to help or gank my lane and smited jungle camps I was trying to take in order to keep myself in the game. Even though I had only said one or two things to him that could be seen as toxic, he was the one who started harassing me after first blood. I don't think duo queues should be available because the vast majority of the community is so toxic that people can't handle playing a game duo and not ruining it for the other people. This isn't even my worst example, but I'm not sure if there's a character limit on this thing. Basically, the bottom line is, my Victorious Morgana and season rewards shouldn't be in jeopardy because some trolls decided to duo queue.
