Top 5 - Most Satisfying Ults to Kill People With

This is Top 5! Just a little thingy I thought of a while ago. Nothing too serious, just a neat little countdown thingy to do every so often. In this top 5, we look at some ults that, when you get kills with them, make you feel like a god. You know that feeling. The "YUSS!" feeling. We all get that feeling every so often but there are just some times where killing people with an epic ult moistens your twisted treeline (if you know what I mean).

Disclaimer: These top 5 are mainly based off of personal experience. I doubt everyone will agree with all 5 of my choices and, in fact, I encourage it. Prove to me that some ults should have made it onto this list. Threads are for discussing, after all.

Number 5 - Nocturne's Paranoia

It's one thing to know you're scaring the whole enemy team with just the press of a button but it's another thing when you target a champion and begin the majestic flight to Killstown, population: You. Seeing Nocturne fly towards someone with low health just makes you want to start playing "Ride of the Valkyries". And when you arrive, killing them with your sheer presence, you definitely feel a moment of pride. I know I have.

Number 4 - Garen's Demacian Justice

It's really hard to not feel epic when killing someone with an ult that's made for killing. Even as a tank, Garen can surprise someone with a giant sword to the face. If the giant, yellow sword breaking the sound barrier over someone's head wasn't enough, try the massive shockwaves that emanate from your victims when they go bye-bye. Riot really struck gold when they added those. Almost nothing feels better than killing someone with a giant sword and a bad-ass explosion.

Number 3 - Nunu's Absolute Zero

A trend that you'll start noticing with these choices is that most of them have some sort of build up between the cast of the ability and the kill. Nunu is one such example. Seeing someone struggle to escape the clutches of your ult while you channel just makes you squeel in anticipation. And then, BOOM! You almost feel obligated to say "Boom!" when a full channel ends. If it wasn't for the ult's insane damage, this might have been higher on our list.

Number 2 - Nautilus' Depth Charge

An odd one for sure. Nautilus hardly ever gets his chance to shine, but when he does, you'll need to make sure you have a change of underwear. Playing Nautilus mid as a burst mage, I definitely experience the feeling of godliness when ulting someone. Once locked, your victim has almost no way of escaping their imminent doom. Each explosion of the ult is like a heartbeat, or a drum, or a giant footstep slowly getting closer and closer to the enemy. The killer explosion at the end wouldn't be half as epic if it wasn't for the heat-seeking shockwave that hunts people down like Jaws.

Number 1 - Karthus' Requiem

I think we all saw this one coming. After all, his ult is made for this exact sort of thing. The build up while he channels, laughing during the whole thing, the second before the damage lands and KABOOM! You can kill anyone you please, like the Mundo of ults. And the feeling only increases with each kill you get. Requiem truly is the ult to be reckoned with.
