I have legit never seen an ad for league, though I've seen plenty of shady ads use screenshots or characters from the game to get people to download what is most likely just a virus

They used almost every type of person in this ad, definitely not limited to "jocks". Also, this wasn't an ad for league. This was a video made to celebrate the start of the season, MADE FOR people who already play league.
