Will Riot rework old skins? (please answer)

Hello everyone,

So it's been quite a while now that I own The Magnificent Twisted Fate skin (1820 RP in case you wonder what the price is), and I find it not so "legendary" compared to the other skins that costs 1820 RP, there are no new effects like walking animations, auto attack animations, new quotes, abilities animations and the splash is outdated. I mean I don't really mind, since I got it basically for free (I got it from the legendary snowball event) but for people who actually bought it, I kinda feel bad after comparing it to other skins. I know there are important other problems right now like balancing champs or working on other skins, but I saw that Riot really like the old skins since they're reworking them.

So to get to the point: are we expecting an "upgrade" for those kind of skins soon?

I really want them to be reworked and feel a sense of "this skin was worth the price."
