Low Priority queue QoL changes?

So recently I got a low priority queue, for those of you who don't know what it is, it's a punishment that makes you wait 20 minutes before getting into a queue. Can we have it not be able to take up the entire screen? Instead having a little timer in the corner of the client so that if someone messages us we can respond instead of feeling slightly guilty for not replying (At least in my case). In the new dynamic queue if I decide 15 minutes into the queue that I don't feel like jungling anymore I have to restart the entire queue . This feels really crappy when you have to do it. This again could be solved by just sticking it in the corner. Or have it like the dodging punishment where it saves your last known time, so if you leave while it has 2 minutes left you would only have to wait 2 minutes instead of starting over. I get that it's a punishment but you can't use any other part of the client while this goes on.

(I know I deserve the punishment, but sometimes I have to go through this 3 times because my client freezes sometimes when the accept screen comes up, and I have to start the damn thing over multiple times) Sorry if wrong board, and/or grammar

EDIT: link to image of what it's like if you've never been punished http://prntscr.com/bfp5yr
